- Your school’s financial aid office, for your aid offer, appeals and cost of attendance.
- StudentAid.gov or your loan servicer, for your federal loans and repayment plan.
- The IRS or a tax professional, for education credits and 529 tax questions.
We can’t look up your records, recommend a lender or file forms for you. Please don’t email your Social Security number, StudentAid.gov login or loan account numbers.
